CON/STEEL originated as a group of structural engineers designing tilt-up buildings for a select group of clients. These relationships have evolved into lasting partnerships, giving birth to the CON/STEEL Alliance.

LJB Inc.'s CON/STEEL program has been producing tilt-up buildings since the early 1970s. Today, standard details and economized design practices learned from decades of experience translate into efficient field production and higher quality construction.
Each CON/STEEL contractor has exclusive rights to its geographic market, which provides motivation for all Alliance members to share their expertise and the latest innovations in design and construction.
