Kevin Wilcox, P.E., C.S.P.

Kevin is a professional structural engineer as well as a certified safety professional for LJB. He joined LJB in 1993 and became a principal with the firm eleven years later. He has addressed a wide variety of engineering and safety challenges across many types of facilities including manufacturing, institutional and government buildings. He has significant leadership responsibilities within LJB relating to business development, operations, information systems and LJB University, the firm’s in-house training division. Kevin holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering and currently serves as secretary for the Automotive, Metals and Power Press Section (AMPS) of NSC’s Business and Industry Division. As a safety trainer and experienced conference presenter, Kevin embraces public speaking as a way to share experiences and gain knowledge that he can later share with others. He believes there is tremendous power in telling fun, interesting stories to get your point across rather than only communicating facts and figures. Kevin captures his audiences this way.
