For the past several years, LJB has pursued an aggressive growth strategy that has seen the company achieve 100% revenue growth and 75% staff growth. To fuel the continued growth of the firm, LJB has hired Steve Goubeaux as Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Steve will lead LJB’s strategic initiatives and guide the firm’s marketing and communication efforts.
Goubeaux has more than 30 years of experience, leading a variety of organizations to build and execute strategies that result in significant growth. He is skilled in strategic planning, business development, branding, and communications. Previous employers include Huffy Corporation, Goodwill Easter Seals, and Wolf Creek Companies.
