Purpose, value, community, flexibility, challenges and opportunities are a few of the things employees appreciate about LJB. For many, LJB provides opportunities to grow as a person and as a professional. Top professionals choose LJB for a variety of reasons, but these factors really stand out:
At LJB, we speak freely, have the liberty to explore new ideas, and ask questions others don't ask. And we're not afraid to take risks when developing new services for our clients. At LJB, anyone who can define a dream is given the freedom and the tools to pursue it. Take a virtual tour.
We challenge our professionals to cross train, work with a diverse client base, collaborate with other professional disciplines, and seek continuing education that lead to professional development. Our goal is to develop your strengths and help you see your opportunities for a future at LJB. LJB University, the firm's training and development unit, is evidence of our commitment to providing employees and clients with continuing education opportunities.
In line with LJB’s core purpose—to improve the quality of life—we have implemented a number of sustainable practices within the design of our headquarters office to optimize energy use, reduce waste, recycle and reuse. Some examples include a geothermal energy system, high-efficiency lighting and water fixtures, reusable dishes, recycling program and technology solutions that reduce paper waste. We also support an employee-run Sustainability Committee that provides education and event opportunities for all employees.
