Domino’s Supply Chain Center

Founded in 1960, Domino’s ranks among the world’s top public restaurant brands with approximately 15,000 stores.

LJB provided structural design for this Domino’s Supply Chain Center in West Columbia, South Carolina, which serves as both a warehouse and a distribution center. Located within the Lexington County Industrial Park at the intersection of Interstates 26 and 77, the new food-grade, Supply Chain Center provides Domino’s with the ability to supply fresh dough, ingredients and supplies to its regional franchise stores across South Carolina from a single, central location.

The 100,000-square-foot insulated precast concrete building features three storage coolers and dough production space, so delivering a controlled environment was critical. LJB designs provide superior moisture integrity and thermal efficiency, while also minimizing ongoing maintenance and enhancing durability. The building also features office space and loading docks, as well as the option for a 22,000-square-foot expansion.
