LJB is pleased to welcome Matt Parrill to the firm as Project Development Lead within its Ohio Transportation Team. With more than 40 years of experience at the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), Matt brings extensive expertise in transportation planning, project development, program delivery, and strategic leadership to support LJB’s growing transportation practice.
Throughout his distinguished career with ODOT, Matt served in several leadership roles, most recently as Capital Programs Administrator for ODOT District 7. His leadership and longstanding relationships throughout Ohio have earned him strong credibility with ODOT and transportation stakeholders across the state.
In his role with LJB, Matt will focus on transportation project evaluation and development, helping clients navigate complex infrastructure challenges while advancing innovative transportation solutions. He will also mentor junior staff and support the continued growth of LJB’s transportation team.

A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.
