LJB provided structural design for four buildings in Phase 2 of this business park and saved the owner $400,000 in construction costs. To capitalize on the cost efficiency LJB provided in Phase 2, the developer selected LJB to design Phase 3 as well, with three additional warehouse/distribution buildings, totaling more than 1.2M square feet.
