Fallen Timbers Lane over U.S. 24 Bridge Rehabilitation

  •

This project included the rehabilitation of the Fallen Timbers Lane bridge over US 24 to increase the vertical clearance and replace the existing concrete deck that is supported on steel girders. During design, the LJB team developed solutions that ultimately saved ODOT $2 million on construction and advanced the design schedule by five months. The two-span bridge was raised by 2 feet to increase the vertical clearance over US 24. As part of this project, LJB also completed the approach roadway design, as well as all field survey.
