LJB provided structural design for the first two buildings in this new development in Houston. This project includes two single-story speculative warehouse facilities. Building 1 is a 196,560-square-foot, cross-docked, tiltwall warehouse with a clear height of 32 feet. Building 2 is an 82,800-square-foot, rear loaded, tiltwall warehouse with overall dimensions with a clear height of 28 feet.
