At this year’s Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) Convention & Expo in St. Louis, LJB received two more Tilt-Up Achievement Awards, bringing our lifetime total to 78 awards. These awards expand LJB’s formidable lead for most achievement awards received by an engineering firm.
LJB provided structural design for these award winners:
- Baptist Health South Florida (Plantation, FL) – 112,000-square-foot, four-story medical office building with 38,900-square-foot, four-level parking garage
- 8600 Redstone Gateway (Huntsville, AL) – 105,00-square-foot office headquarters for Yulista, housing senior leadership, administration functions, project management and engineering departments
The Tilt-Up Achievement Awards were established to honor projects that use site-cast tilt-up concrete to introduce new building types, advance industry technology and provide unique solutions to building programs. LJB is honored to play a part in delivering these impressive structures.
