This project for the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District involved master planning for a 35-acre, multi-tenant mixed-used development at Atwood Lake. The development will include residential and commercial/retail, emergency management, and common activity spaces, as well as recreational amenities such as trails, boat docks, canoe/kayak launch, swimming beach, and gathering and recreational areas. As a subconsultant, LJB provided civil engineering, surveying, and master plan assistance.
