NCDOT Express Feasibility Studies

This limited services contract allows the NCDOT to supplement their limited resources with well-trained personnel to perform feasibility studies on a variety of transportation projects across the state. LJB provides conceptual alternative designs, cost estimates and environmental overviews for potential projects as needed. Projects have included interchange and intersection improvements, roadway widening, access management, and superstreet development. LJB also provides embedded employees to augment DOT staff.
