LJB provided the structural design for this 202,000-square-foot rear-loaded warehouse with a 32-foot clear height. The building consists of conventional structural steel with perimeter load-bearing tilt-up concrete. The building has tenant entrances at each corner on the front elevations with dock doors and drive-in doors along the rear elevations.
