As part of the Pleasant Valley Road Bridge and Utility project, our team revised the HEC-RAS model for Rowlett Creek to include channel improvements designed to prevent an increase in the 100-year water surface elevation due to the new road and bridge improvements. These channel improvements were primarily located above the creek high water mark to avoid impacts on the Waters of the U.S. The CLOMR we submitted to FEMA was approved.
