LJB provided structural design for this speculative warehouse and distribution center with proximity to the Hagerstown (Md.) airport and Interstate 81. The 1.2M-square-foot building features continuous loading docks along the east and west elevations, as well as storefronts and ground floor office build-outs at the building corners. Upon completion in 2019, this facility was the largest speculative industrial building ever developed in the state of Maryland and the first with a 40-foot clear height within the state.
