Core5 at Codorus Creek Building 1

This facility is the first building in a planned five-building, 200-acre industrial park developed by Core5 Industrial Partners.  LJB provided structural design for the 480,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility that features dock-high loading doors and drive-in ramps along the 1,500-foot-long rear wall located on the north side of the building. The location in York, Pennsylvania, is ideal for tenants looking to serve the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
