FedEx Ground Sorting & Distribution Facility

This $5 million sorting and distribution facility for FedEx Ground was challenged by a tight schedule and significant winter construction conditions. The 101,000-square-foot facility, which was built using site cast tilt-up concrete construction, provides additional space for sorting and shipping packages for the region. The exterior treatment of the facility is a painted finish in the traditional FedEx Ground corporate colors. By selecting tilt-up construction for this project, the project was able to meet the accelerated schedule and the facility is durable with easy maintenance. It was also designed to accommodate future expansion.
