I-76 Trade Center Building B transformed the traditional warehouse model by combining large-scale logistics performance with distinctive architectural design. The 636,000-square-foot facility utilized 153 tilt-up concrete panels to create a durable, efficient building envelope while accelerating construction through concurrent site, foundation and panel operations. Located along the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Exton, Pennsylvania, the facility supported modern distribution, warehousing and e-commerce users with a 40-foot clear height, 110 dock positions and four drive-in doors. Architectural elements, including quilt-inspired glazing, extensive reveals, rustication and enhanced entry features, reflected the site’s agricultural history while creating a strong visual presence along a major transportation corridor.
