LJB provided structural engineering services for this new 184,000-square-foot, single-story, front-loaded warehouse facility. Due to site constraints, the building is expected to be irregularly shaped, with reduced areas at the northeast corner of the facility. The building structure consists of load-bearing concrete tiltwall panels around the building perimeter and conventional structural steel on the interior.
