LJB provided site planning and grading, stormwater management, access management, and ADA accommodations for this outdoor concert venue. The Levitt Pavilion plays a large part in the ongoing reimagining of the City of Dayton’s downtown area, and this venue is intended to continue the momentum of building a strong downtown population base and bringing people from outside the city to Dayton. The LJB team worked closely with the project architect to determine the best location for the pavilion and related structures. We also worked closely with an adjacent hotel to ensure both venues could maintain appropriate access. Due to the grading of the site, LJB developed stormwater management accommodations along all three major downtown streets to ensure the area doesn’t fill with water during a rain event.
