The failing storm sewer and water main were creating sinkholes and destroying pavement in the City of Kent. LJB conducted a drainage study and designed the replacement of residential water service lines, fire hydrants, crosswalk curb ramps, water mains, storm sewers, residential storm sewer laterals, sidewalks, and concrete driveway aprons. The City obtained additional funding to include pavement resurfacing and curb replacement in the project.
