This two-story, 134,500-square-foot comprehensive archive/biorepository services storage facility in Leesburg, Virginia, is divided into two components: office and storage. The office, highlighted by two angled glazed walls, is the entry point into the building and contains administrative offices, employee support areas, and lab spaces. Smaller punched windows run through the first floor of the building, while ribbon glazing windows continue on the second floor. The facility features nearly 65,000 square feet of insulated tilt-up panels.
