To support the firm’s record growth and future expansion plans, LJB has hired Mike Surasky, P.E., PTOE, to serve as Vice President of Corporate Operations. In this role, Mike will lead project and program management, quality programs, risk management, and the integration of future acquisitions. He is based in LJB’s Garner, NC office.
With a background in transportation engineering, Surasky has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build and maintain operational processes that result in significant growth and return on investment. He is skilled in project delivery, resource management, performance analysis, business development, risk management, and business operations. Prior to joining LJB, Mike served as the Southern States District Operations Lead for WSP USA Inc., and he has previous experience working for a variety of design firms and public agencies.
