Rogers Branch Road/Forestville Road Improvements

  •

In preparation for a new commercial development on the northeast corner of Rogers Branch and Forestville Roads in Wake Forest, NC, LJB provided a traffic impact study and subsequent transportation engineering services to implement improvements.

LJB designed roadway widening as needed. We also realigned the sidewalk and tied it back into the existing sidewalk on the north and south ends of the section. Our team also modified the traffic signal at the Forestville Road at Rogers Branch Road intersection to allow for the new lane and realigned Rogers Branch Road. LJB also analyzed the existing drainage system to determine its ability to accommodate the additional runoff from the proposed development and the roadway improvements.
