Benton Place Sewer Improvements

This project includes the complete reconstruction of sanitary and storm sewer, pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk from Garfield Street to Wilson Avenue—a distance of approximately 500 feet. LJB also designed an additional 350 feet of trunk sanitary sewer and storm sewer along Wilson Avenue. The improvements provided a horizontal offset between the trunk storm sewer and sanitary sewers while also providing a better longitudinal sewer slope. Water laterals and sanitary laterals were replaced with the project.
