This 16-acre site serves as the headquarters for Sprint Transport, which provides bulk liquid transportation along the Gulf Coast. This facility includes a four-story, 18,400-square-foot office building with structural steel and tilt wall construction, with the tallest tilt wall measuring approximately 69 feet tall. Adjacent is a 32,500-square-foot maintenance and tank wash area, supporting truck repairs and cleaning tanker trailers and ISO tanks. Additional features include a laydown concrete yard for ISO tank storage and a fuel station with a 20,000-gallon diesel tank and DEF-equipped lanes.
